Endometriosis is a painful, chronic condition where the tissue that lines the uterus can grow outside of the uterus. This tissue bleeds, but the blood has nowhere to go, resulting in pain that can be completely debilitating. Endometriosis also typically impacts fertility.
In the US, you may suffer for many years before receiving a diagnosis–Yale Medicine estimates between four and eleven years from the onset of symptoms. And traditional allopathic treatments remain very limited–mostly hormonal contraception and sometimes surgery.
But the story doesn’t end there.
Endometriosis doesn’t have to be a debilitating condition. There are alternative methods for healing and managing symptoms that do what conventional medicine can’t. That’s because these methods address emotional and psychological triggers–something that conventional medicine typically overlooks. Here’s how our self-healing framework, Make Healings, helped one woman, Miranda, heal her endometriosis pain after years of suffering. Miranda tells us, “only one year ago, my life felt like a series of hurdles. I am 42 now and my health is getting better and better every day.”

What disease were you suffering from when you discovered MaKe Healings?
“I was suffering from endometriosis. My gut also seemed to have a mind of its own—bloating that made me feel like a balloon, and bouts of loose motion that would strike unpredictably. Adding to this, I had hormonal imbalances. My emotions were on a roller coaster.”
How did endometriosis affect your life?
“Waking up during menstruation days, I’d already be bracing myself for the inevitable pain that endometriosis brought. These symptoms didn’t just disrupt my days; they controlled it. I felt like I was living at the mercy of my body. It was exhausting and isolating, as if I was fighting a battle no one else could see.”
What other therapies or medicines did you try before? How did they work? How did they make you feel?
“I tried different therapies, but they didn’t work much. For sure, some of them gave me some relief like acupuncture. But that was only temporary.”
What led you to Make Healings?
“Over and over again, doctors made me feel like a hysterical and frustrated woman because nothing was coming out in the blood tests. My bloodwork came back normal, so they kept telling me there was nothing they could do.
“But there was a turning point. Seeking help, I found a team of therapist professionals at MaKe Healings who really listened. They helped me piece together a holistic treatment plan that included dietary adjustments and strategies to manage my inner emotional conflicts, traumas and to deal with my limiting beliefs.”
How is your health now?
“It wasn’t an overnight fix, but slowly, I began to reclaim parts of my life. Every small victory—a day without pain, a meal that didn’t upset my stomach—felt monumental. It was a journey, but with the right support, I now feel like myself again.”
